Mounjaro comes in 2.5 mg, 5 mg, 7.5 mg, 10 mg, 12.5 mg, and 15 mg per 0.5 mL single-use injectable pens.

Mounjaro should only be used as instructed by your doctor.
Inject Mounjaro under the skin of the abdomen, thigh, or upper arm. Switch injection sites with each use.
Mounjaro Dosage:
The recommended starting dose consists of the following: inject 2.5 mg subcutaneously once a week with or without food. After 4 weeks of treatment, increase to 5 mg subcutaneously one time a week. The dosage may be increased by 2.5 mg increments at 4-week intervals depending on medication response. Dosing should not exceed 15 mg one time a week.
